The British Elite Athletes Association is recruiting for an Athlete Leadership and Engagement Support (Consultancy).
This role will support the delivery and development of athlete leadership across the Olympic and Paralympic high-performance system and will help ensure that athlete voice is meaningful, connected, and has a tangible impact across sports.

· Job title: Athlete Leadership and Engagement Support (Consultancy)
· Reports to: CEO
· Contract: Fixed term contract – six months
· Hours: Initially one day a week, flexibility to increase if required
· Remuneration: £250 per day
· Location: Work from home. Will require, at times, travel to support role, including meetings. Expenses paid.
